About this film
An extension designed stage by stage on a house found by its postcode, the numbers, the inside,
a brief that goes to one builder, and what a drone survey adds. The design is drawn on
a house as a postcode search draws it, at CV47 0LN: the shape and heights from the map, nothing more. The drone
survey’s three views are an illustrative example; no flight has taken place there. The kitchen render is the tool’s
own: a concept, not a photograph. Costs and planning notes are estimates and rules of thumb,
not quotes or legal advice. Music composed for Hopecraft.

About this film
From a pencil sketch of an idea to your actual house. The house is the example the site opens
with, at CV47 0LN. Its sizes and planning check are the tool’s own for this design; its cost band is the tool’s as it stood on 25 September 2026,
before the tool began pricing from a named guide and showing the cost with VAT, fees and a contingency. The two photoreal
pictures are the tool’s renders: concepts, not photographs. Estimates to discuss, not quotes or legal advice.
The same idea, for a feed or a story: the sketch, the house, the extension, the picture. 0:15

About this film
A cut of “What if?” for social feeds, from the same film: one what-if, the postcode, the house as
the tool draws it at CV47 0LN, an extension dragged on, and the tool’s photoreal render of the whole design (a loft
dormer and a garden room included): a concept, not a photograph. Estimates to discuss, not quotes or legal advice.
The phone call you know, the one page that lands instead, and the evenings it could give you back.
The house is the example the site opens with, at CV47 0LN. The brief’s sizes, planning word and cost band, and the
costs at the kitchen table, are the tool’s own for this job, rounded as the tool rounds them: estimates and rules of
thumb, not quotes or legal advice. The hours are rules of thumb too (10 enquiries a month,
about 3 hours each with the visit, 7 never real), not survey data: try your own numbers.
A pilot in Warwickshire; briefs start after a vetting conversation. Music composed for Hopecraft.
